    1st The setup – The SUD scale
    Rate on a scale of 0-10 how much your discomfort / problem fills.
    At 0 fills nothing - at 10 fills the extreme.

    2nd Opening Statement
    Discomfort / problem formulated in a sentence.

    "Even though I ... ... ... (formulate your problem in one sentence), I love and accept myself completely.

    The opening phrase is repeated 3 times while massaging the sore spot or while you tap on the karate point.

    3rd Sequence
    Tap approx. 7 times on each of the points in the drawing, while you repeat the words from your sentence.

    4th Nine-point procedure
    While tapping the Gamut Point:

    • Close your eyes
    • Open your eyes
    • Look sloping down to the right
    • Look sloping down to the left
    • Roll your eyes in one direction around
    • Roll your eyes the other way around
    • Hum a line in a song, perhaps. Happy Birthday
    • Count to 5
    • Hum line in the song again
    • Count to 5

    Tapping the Points can be repeated until the discomfort is reduced to 2-3-
    New problems along the way, can just be added to the tapping rounds.

    5th The final round
    Here you just tap all points while saying: "The rest of ... .... (The essence of your sentence).
